Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, components, and accessories.

The product must show no signs of misuse or excessive wear. Damage caused by improper handling will not be accepted.

Hygiene-sensitive items (such as undergarments or worn products) must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately upon receipt.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If the return is due to the customer’s decision (for example, the wrong size or change of mind), the customer must cover all return shipping costs.
The exact fee depends on the courier or postal service you choose. -
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product), Blake & Carter will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Return Your Order

Once your request is received, our team will provide the correct return address.
Do not return items to the sender’s address — returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
If you are a consumer (a private individual purchasing for personal use), you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:
Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
Please note: Because we operate an automated fulfilment system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed.
After 24 hours, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.
How to Cancel Your Order
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear written statement by email to info@blakeandcarter.com indicating your wish to cancel.
Your cancellation will only be valid once we have received your notification within the 24-hour window.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within up to 14 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
