Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

The average delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busier periods or due to customs procedures.

Shipping Method and Product Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. For this reason, customs fees may apply depending on the delivery country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. They depend on the weight, delivery location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Responsibility

If the tracking information states that the parcel has been delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.
