These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Blake & Carter website. Blake & Carter is registered at Errol Garnerstraat 71, Utrecht, the Netherlands, and can be contacted at info@blakeandcarter.com.

Product Information
We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to keep all information on our website up to date. However, typographical errors, pricing errors or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
Orders and Payment
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. The available payment methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment options are available in their location.
Processing and Delivery
Processing time: 1–3 working days
Delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location
Products are shipped directly from our supplier in China
Returns and Cancellations
All return conditions are set out in our separate Return Policy. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage during delivery if the tracking information confirms that the parcel has been delivered. Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, photographs, branding and logos, belongs to Blake & Carter and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@blakeandcarter.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers in the United Kingdom may seek advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service. Where applicable, Citizens Advice may pass reports to Trading Standards. Consumers may also use an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, where one is available for the relevant dispute.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
