We accept all major payment methods:

All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • No shipping on weekends or public holidays

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Need to update your address?
You can only modify your shipping details before your order is processed.
Always double-check your address before placing your order.

📦 Lost or Delayed Package

If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Keep your order confirmation and tracking number on hand.
Blake & Carter is not responsible for packages after dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Return period: 14 days from delivery date

  • Conditions: Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Exchanges: Same policy applies as returns

  • Return shipping: At the customer’s expense, unless otherwise stated

❌ Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
After that, the order is automatically processed and cannot be changed.

⚠️ Wrong Item or Size

Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it.
If you received the wrong size or item, please use your 14-day return right to send it back.

Once processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your order anytime via our “Track Your Order” page using your:
