Mostly pearl, warmed by ember. A strand of oval freshwater pearls carries small blocks of flat carnelian rondelles in shades of burnt orange and deep burgundy, each block framed by gold. Gold beads gather in their own quiet clusters along the way, and a single pearl drop finishes the toggle clasp.

Wear it open-collar, beach-day or otherwise — at 20 inches, it sits easily at the base of the neck.
